Welcome to my world of house flipping insanity. Now for a brief introduction: my name is Stephanie and on September 15, 2009 with sweaty palms I signed the first round of papers to become a first time home owner. I might be young but with the help of my family, friends, and fiancé John we are going to flip this house.
The road this far has been hilly with ups and downs, tears, sleepless nights, and cries of excitement. The process to owning a home is trying but it very well might be one of the most rewarding experiences.
Please join us on this journey as we embark on the mission of obtaining a mortgage, and flipping an uninhabitable foreclosure. This is a journey where John and I will take a run-down house and turn it into a home; a place for us to call our own.
